  Price ranges listed above reflect the varied complexity and the time requirement needed to produce the illustrations. Low-end prices represent standard, eye level perspectives with general background context. Mid-range prices apply to interiors and complex exteriors. High-end prices represent complicated perspectives such as aerials and night views.
Prices are based on a typical 2-3 week delivery schedule from an agreed upon start date. Pressing deadlines will be accommodated when possible and may be charged an additional 25-50% rush fee. Payment of the illustration is due upon completion and delivery of the artwork unless prior arrangements have been made.
   
  Computer Models and Renderings
 

Please call to discuss your project. We offer several levels of detail from enhanced blockouts to finished computer renderings. This can be a cost effective illustration method, particularly if you require multiple views of your project. Prices are flexible to help fit your budget, starting as low as $600.
   
  Additional Services
 

Quick sketches, block-outs, colored elevations, site plans, presentations, and other rendering services are available at a rate of $50-$100 per hour. Charrettes range from $1200-1800/day plus expenses. Please call for a firm quote concerning your project.
